Jeff got in touch with us nearly immediately to repair our roof facia board. He was able to come over within a couple of days and offered to fix it same day as his estimate. Fair price and excellent quality. House looks great now!

We knew from the first time we met Jeff he was the contractor we wanted to get the job done. From the first time we met Jeff to get a quote about our roof he was nothing but honest, and very detailed about exactly what he would be doing to get our roof back to brand new. Him And his crew showed up at exactly 7:00 sharp yesterday to start on our roof. They were extremely organized, professional, and honest. Anytime we had questions along the way they didn’t stop to hesitate and answer them for us and always kept our best interest at heart when it came to getting our roof done right. We have had some horror story experiences in the past when it came to hiring other contractors for home improvement work. But JPV Roofing turned that right around for us in so many ways. Jeff and his team did a great job replacing the roof and skylight of our two-story home. Jeff came to the house to outline for me all the details of the work they would do, with quality and care. Pricing was very reasonable. When the roofing date had to be moved back due to unexpected emergency work needed on another house, Jeff did everything he could to come as soon after as worked alright for me, which was actually a holiday. He and his team are really great - friendly, very hard-working, careful to do a top-quality job that they take pride in. We're very glad to have worked with him and are happy to have a great roof.

The entire experience went well. Jeff was very personable and easy to work with throughout the entire process. It took a long time for them to start because mother nature was not cooperating , but he communicated with me all the time and kept me in the loop. Once it finally stopped raining and it was just warm enough they started the job on a Sunday and I was vey impressed. The guys were very respectful and efficient. They worked quickly and got most of the job done that day! They were here early the next morning to complete the job. Once they were done they cleaned up and it never looked like they were ever here. My new roof looks awesome and now I dint have to worry anymore! Jeff and his crew were a great group of guys and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes! it depends on how many layers of shingles! how high the roof is! and I use the length times width for the Sq. footage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a time we can meet! I go and introduce myself! and I measure the roof! check for layers! and I email the final detailed estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken construction supervisor courses in Mass. & in Connecticut. my crew has had many diffrnt safety courses from osha to state courses as well.
