  I try to be fair with the prices. I want the repeat customer.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I introduce myself, trying to make the customer feel comfortable having me in their home. They should know I'm respectful of them, their project, and their belongings

  Self educated and trained. I taught myself "best practices"
