- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the job. Some jobs I flat rate...like small jobs, while other bids are calculated by time and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You describe the job. I ask follow-up questions to fine tune the bid to fit the job. I may ask to take a look at the job for myself to make sure there are no misunderstandings and that the bid is appropriate to the job/service.
