Working with KZM Home Improvement was one of the best contractor experiences I've had! Ralph is responsive and timely with inquiries and scheduling. After living in a 30 year house the outside wood at corners were rotting, along with other places near the bottom of the house. Also, two window sills were completely rotted. Ralph replaced the window sills with sturdy wood, along with all the rotted places around the house. Ralph is a wonderful worker, clean, exceptional work and he definitely goes above and beyond what is asked him. I know who to call the next time I need more repairs done. A customer should never choose a contractor based on price alone. KZM Home Improvement strives to provide its customers with fair and honest pricing, and is always willing to work with our customers to find the best options for their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer contacts me, I provide a "no obligation consultation" with them to review the customers vision of the project. Once we have met, I provide thorough pricing of the project.

I have over 25 years of work experience in home renovations and remodeling
