- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very competitive pricing. We are not the most inexpensive program, but you will not find a more qualified staff anywhere. For at home privates we offer discounts for multiple swimmers in a group.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I handle all aspects of the program registration. I am always available to answer questions and will take the time to fully describe the plan for each swimmer. You can get more information on swimmwithtimm.com. For at home privates, I again handle all scheduling, grouping, and contracts for the program. The schedules are planned around your schedule prior to the start, but are flexible if schedules change during a session. We come to you and bring all necessary equipment for the lessons. I am again always available to answer questions or if issues arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 24 years of experience as an instructor/ coach. I am a NE swimming certified coach. We are a member of the USSSA (United States Swim School Association) We are all lifeguard/CPR/ FA trained. All my instructors have been trained by me for extended periods, regardless of previous experience.
