    Take the time to talk to a IT support person and make sure you feel comfortable with them. Remember sometimes they maybe working on your system and you should be comfortable enough to tell them to make sure your personal files (Music, Movies, Documents) are just not erased from your computer.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Sometimes people have to weigh their options, Sometimes its not a good idea to spend money on fixing that laptop screen on a 7 year old laptop. Its sometimes cheaper to just go out and buy a bargain of a replacement computer thats new with a warranty. Than to invest in a old computer.
