FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in clear, upfront pricing and honest recommendations. I charge a diagnostic fee to properly assess the issue and explain the options. If repair or replacement work is needed, I provide pricing before moving forward so there are no surprises. My goal is not to pressure customers into the most expensive option, but to provide real solutions based on what is best for their home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with listening to the customer and understanding what issue they are having. From there, I inspect the system, diagnose the problem, and explain what I found in a clear and simple way. I then provide repair or replacement options when needed, along with honest recommendations based on what makes the most sense for the home. My goal is to make the process straightforward and help the customer feel comfortable with the decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Nashoba Valley Technical High School for plumbing and started working in the trade through a co-op program. I am a licensed plumber and have 20 years of hands-on plumbing and HVAC experience. I also have training and experience with heating systems, cooling systems, boilers, furnaces, water heaters, heat pumps, sheet metal, oil heat, and residential service. I continue to learn and stay current because the industry is always changing.
