- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing & Service Options for Cleaning Our pricing is based on the size of the job, the type of service, and how frequently you would like us to come. Recurring housekeeping services receive the best rates. If you choose weekly or twice-weekly housekeeping, each visit is typically more affordable because we are maintaining the home regularly rather than doing a larger one-time cleaning. One-time services are priced differently. If you are looking for a single visit, it will most likely be a deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, or move-out cleaning. These services require more time, attention to detail, and work, so the price is generally higher than recurring housekeeping. We are flexible and happy to work within your budget. We believe that getting part of the work done is better than leaving everything undone. If the full project is more than your current budget allows, we can discuss breaking it into separate phases—for example, completing one part this month and the remaining work the following month. Organizing Services For organizing projects, we offer set prices for certain spaces, such as closets or basements, when we are responsible for completing the entire project independently. If you prefer to work alongside us and be involved in the organizing process, we charge a full-day, depending on the amount of time needed. Or by the hour. Our goal is to find an option that works well for your home, your needs, and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free estimate if needed, over the phone or in person. We listen to all our clients and try to do the job as best as possible and go at least a little above what was requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience in the cleaning and organizing industry. Along the way, I also became a big fan of Marie Kondo, The Home Edit and The Gentle art of Death Cleaning. Their approach to organization inspired me to go above and beyond with my clients. I am also a life coach, which allows me to bring another dimension to my work. I use all of my skills, experience, knowledge and care to truly understand my clients’ needs and help them create spaces that support the way they want to live. Today, I have developed my own special style, combining my years of hands-on experience, passion for organization, eye for detail, and genuine desire to help my clients make their homes more beautiful, organized, peaceful, and functional. For me, it’s not just about cleaning or organizing. It’s about creating a space where you can breathe, relax, feel proud of your home, and enjoy your life more. ❤️ Ana I truly CARE❤️
