- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing & Service Options Our pricing is based on the size of the job, the type of service, and how frequently you would like us to come. Recurring housekeeping services receive the best rates. If you choose weekly or twice-weekly housekeeping, each visit is typically more affordable because we are maintaining the home regularly rather than doing a larger one-time cleaning. One-time services are priced differently. If you are looking for a single visit, it will most likely be a deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, or move-out cleaning. These services require more time, attention to detail, and work, so the price is generally higher than recurring housekeeping. We are flexible and happy to work within your budget. We believe that getting part of the work done is better than leaving everything undone. If the full project is more than your current budget allows, we can discuss breaking it into separate phases—for example, completing one part this month and the remaining work the following month. Organizing Services For organizing projects, we offer set prices for certain spaces, such as closets or garages, when we are responsible for completing the entire project independently. If you prefer to work alongside us and be involved in the organizing process, we charge by half-day or full-day, depending on the amount of time needed. Our goal is to find an option that works well for your home, your needs, and your budget.

We provide free estimate. Over the phone or in person. We listen to all my customers and try to do the job as best as possible as requested.
