- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price structure we have outlined here is based on over a decade of experience completing installations of every size. We are constantly examining and referencing our prices against our competition and our own past work. We base our pricing on this research. We have established a price structure based on $200 for our first hour on the job and $150 per hour thereafter. Going into any project our customers will always have an understanding of the time-frame that we will be working with. We strive to be upfront with our pricing and strive to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may require us to alter the quoted price. All of our work and materials will be outlined in detail for new installations with professional invoices explaining the basis for the final costs of any and all projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our passion for this industry has brought us to realize that customers can come from anywhere. We are not afraid to spend time with potential clients discussing a project that we are not hired to work on. Our confidence in our approach has led us to believe that if you come to us as a prospective client that we will be able to convey our passion, understanding and ingenuity to complete your job on time and within a planned budget. It is common parlance that no job is too big or too small and we take this to heart. Our level of commitment is universal and our level of understanding is (in our opinion) unmatched among our competition. The time we spend with prospective clients is invaluable for us to be able to provide realistic expectations instead of making empty promises. We understand that your time is valuable and our's costs you money, so we will be honest with our appraisal of the situation you bring to us.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a large variety of customers over the years in both commercial and residential settings. We frequently work on projects where our involvement ranges from the ground up in new construction to retrofitting several hundred year old homes and businesses with technology never considered in the building phases. From gyms and offices to transit authorities and state and local government organizations, we have been involved in installations on any scale imaginable. Our services have also been sought out as sub-contractors based on our work with a wide array of general contractors that we have time-tested; established professional relationships with.
