Charles was great. Clearly very knowledgeable, explained everything to us clearly, wasn't pushy about the different options, seemed to charge a fair price, and was very courteous and professional.
For us, he fixed up a wire that we had accidentally drilled into and closed the wall up tidily, and replaced several of our old breakers.

I had two false alarms with the smoke detectors in the house that I just moved into and had to replace the entire system. I also had a light switch that was making it difficult to enter dark rooms. I also had a light out in the washroom. Charles helped with all of it in one outing. He walked me through every step and gave me options, explaining each on in a way that made me feel empowered to make the best decision for me and my family. What I appreciated even more was the conversation and support. I love my new Google nest smoke and CO2 system. No more beeps or false alarms. And I feel secure in the work done in other parts of the house.
Charles was extremely responsive and explained everything he was doing, he did a great job replacing our chandelier and would definitely hire him again for future work!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do estimates ON-SITE. Cepeda Electric has a $75 Standard fee Industry to send a Professional Licensed Electrician. We will waive the dispatch fee if you want to do the project, we can start the same day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the customer get details of the electrical project, we will schedule with Homeowner the open window for the technician to do the walk through and start the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years of experienced.
Licensed and insured, background checked and drug tested.
Up to code with required training and school.
