We had a great experience with J. Brian Day. They removed old carpet in our den, staircase to floor 2, loft & 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. They also removed old carpet from staircase to basement as well as in the basement itself. Then they proceeded to install in all these areas. It was a big job & they accomplished it in the 2 day frame that they had promised. The workers were courteous, respectful & fun. About a week later J. Brian Day was back in our home to clean the grout in our foyer, & 3 bathrooms. Again, this was done swiftly, expertly & personably. J. Brian Day is the company with which we'll stick for our carpet needs. They also cleaned a huge area rug & it turned out lovely.

A few spots on the carpet did not clean up well. In the past, I believe we have had worse spots than these particular ones that were treated by the tech and cleaned up wonderfully. This tech did not strike me as wanted to go the extra mile. He even asked if I wanted to do under my chair mat.... duh! Of course! I will probably call J. Brian Day again; however, I was a little disappointed this time around.

As always J. Brian Day carpet service was excellent. Butch does a great job and is careful with furniture. He knows our home and rugs and treats it with care. Being a client since 1986 I would not go anywhere else. Actually we used your plumbing service also and was very happy with that. Many thanks!
