I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason for the installation of my Tesla home charger, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his work. From start to finish, Jason demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. He began by thoroughly assessing my home’s electrical panel and overall capacity. I had requested that the charger be installed to deliver its full potential, and Jason took that to heart. He consulted directly with the local inspector and recommended installing a Siemens Inhab Load Manager, a smart solution that would help balance additional load without compromising other electrical usage. Thanks to this setup, I’m now able to charge my car at double the speed on a 240V connection—a huge win! Jason arrived on time, came fully prepared with all necessary equipment and materials, and completed a clean, efficient installation. He patiently answered all my questions—no matter how basic—and made sure everything was working perfectly before wrapping up. On top of his quality work, Jason’s pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and peace of mind he provided. Initially apprehensive about hiring through Thumbtack, I must express my gratitude to Jason for transforming this experience into a positive one. His prompt response to my request within 20 minutes was commendable. Later that afternoon, he arrived at my residence and efficiently identified the issue within five minutes. Within 20 minutes, he had departed for Home Depot to procure the necessary replacement part. Less than an hour later, he successfully installed the new fuse in my fuse box and restored my dryer’s functionality.
