- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always welcome questions from before entering a contract to after the event. About 1 to 1 1/2 months before the event, one of us will be happy to meet with the customer personally to go over all the final details. If the customer prefers, we can do this over the phone, but we like to be sure they know that we provide this level of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have years of experience performing in different venues and for many different clients, with many repeat hirings.
