- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is upfront , we will give customers options and they can choose their fix or upgrade from a couple options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ill come in and usuallywill discuss the system and if the customer gas any issues going on , then we can go ahead and learn about them. Ill go investigate( which is the diagnostic) and come back to customer and provide a couple options to remedy the system or whatever we would be working on that day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified with the National Comfort Institute, the EPA, refrigeration and air conditioning, heat pumps, furnaces , boilers, oil, gas, propane, water heaters, Indoor Air Quality, and I also have My Masters M1 sheet metal license, certified with numerous brands of equipment including Trane, York, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, Navien, Viessman, Lochinvar, Amana, and Goodman, Carriers and Bryant, Haier, and more
