I have been Training for over 15 years and have the experience to Manage a large group as well as one to one session. I have all the needed supplies including AED Trainers. Darrin's training session of CPR, AED and First Aid skills covered infancy thru adult. There were hands on skills practiced (with CPR dummies) in conjunction with Darrin's thorough explanations and video scenarios. Everyone in my group,including myself, left the training session feeling confident with all of the new skills Darrin taught us.

My experience having Darrin as a First Aid and CPR trainer went far beyond my expectations. Darrin Brown is an amazing and gifted trainer. He is enthusiastic, thorough, and rally takes pride in his craft of teaching. You know he is good when people walk out of a training saying "That wasn't painful at all". I highly recommend Darrin!

I contacted Darrin on a Friday afternoon and was able to schedule him to come to our school for CPR training for 7 staff members for the following Monday night. Darrin arrived early and was set up and ready to go on time. He presented the information in a concise clear manner and alternated between talking, demonstrating technique, and having us practice on the dummies. He was well-stocked with supplies (dummies, barriers, test AED). Our certificates arrived the same night. I would definitely recommend Darrin and would definitely hire him again.

Darrin was great to work with! He responded to emails promptly and answered all of my questions. He brought everything with him, arrived promptly, and geared the training towards our specific needs. He planned to train myself and one of my camp counselors. At the last minute, my 12 year old wanted to be certified as well. Darrin was very open to adding her in, and he was patient and super supportive of her - and all of us! My counselor and I feel 100% ready for summer camp. I would highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for Safety courses can vary depending on the number of participants and specific type of class requested. I will also factor distance and parking depending on the location, yet I find my rates are less than the big name Training sites, with more of a personalized approach.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require some basic information from new customers to process the certificates. I accept cash or check and the Certificate can be processed and accessed on the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Training Provider for the American Red Cross, which means I must adhere to ARC policies and maintain Instructor Level Certificates. I have also been Certified as an Instructor through AHA and NSC. In addition I belong to instructor sites receiving the most up to date information and technologies available.
