I have been working with Sergei since January on building a new deck on the back of my home. He helped me find the most value for my dollar in material selection and design. He did a great job in all phases of the project from the demolition to the rebuild to the clean up. He was also very receptive a few modifications we made on the deck. I am already looking to doing future home renovations with Sergei.

Sergei Peresunko responded immediately to my inquiry about a door installation project. He offered a fair price and a quick start date. We came to terms in less than a week. Sergei arrived on the dot. He's direct, personable, and polite; and he was a good listener to my questions and gave clear answers. He started work right away; and the job was finished in only 2-3 hours. The job was installing an already finished Brosco closet door into an already finished door jamb and then fitting the door with Brosco hinges and a Baldwin lever set. The door had to be trimmed to fit the opening, and its hinge side had to be remortised: Sergei trimmed the door with skill. It was a pleasure to watch a skilled carpenter at work, for he approached his task with confidence and dispatch. He left the work area spotless and carted away the trimmings and debris. He left a nice finished piece of work that matches all the other doors and hardware in the house. I'm glad to have found Sergei Peresunko on Thumbtack -- and I plan to use his services again in the future. You can employ with confidence a man who has such a work ethic.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I found a construction company add on Facebook looking for a laborer in summer of 2015, and then I was working in a roofing company, after that in a home improvement company also doing some side work on the weekends, and eventually starter my own business.
