- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and keep it competitive by either keeping it low, or upping the quality by occasionally adding a service free of charge or giving a discount when the event is local to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I accept a non refundable deposit & the rest is to be paid at the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A decade of clown schools that involve classes pertaining but not limited to: facepainting, balloons, clowning, skits, puppetry & magic.
