I had a toilet that was pouring water into my basement. Tad reworked his personal schedule and came out at 5:30 in the afternoon (within 30 minutes of me discovering the problem) pulled the toilet off and fixed the issue. The area upstairs remained clean the entire time and everything has been functioning perfectly since.

I did a 5 year apprenticeship, and passed the state exam to acquire my journeyman plumbing license, and have been a licensed plumber for 5 years with total experience in the industry for 10 years. I will be heading for a master plumbing license in the near future.
