- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I get in touch via message to schedule a day and time when the client is available, so I can see the size of the house, what needs to be cleaned and give the price. The customer agreeing, we set the best day for cleaning to be done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was helping a friend of mine with summer house cleaning and I fell in love with the result. I went to specialize in other areas. Nowadays I clean restaurants, offices, nurseries and homes. I love cleaning and transforming people's homes, I'm pleased to leave a smile on each client's face!
