FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have a dump truck that I charge a minimum $150, then the prices go up for every 1/4 it's filled.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I let them know my hours during the week are limited since this is mostly a side gig for now that I want to grow into a full time business. I ask for pictures ahead of time so I can estimate how much it'll take up on my truck so I can give the most accurate estimate before heading there.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been consistently working since I was 18, I've worked in forward facing jobs and very professional, office styled jobs. I also worked on the grounds crew at Fenway Park out of high school. I've done many things and I've accumulated many skills that I think will benefit me doing the best job I possibly can for my customers.
