I am an award-winning private chef that is internationally trained. I specialize in the excellence in execution! I also operate multiple food trucks as well. Lobsta Love and Culinary Swat. Chef Coe owns a restaurant called The Early Bird Cafe in Kingston.
I have been busy hustling accolades to elevate his culinary team to another level.

I have also elevated the food truck game by winning best food truck in New England, best food truck Cape cod and Newport, best taco, best sandwich in a battle between New York versus Boston food trucks.
I am also the host of two tv shows, Dangerous Eats and Food Truck Chronicles. I have collaborated with the cast from Cobra Kai in a Hallmark movie called A taste of Love!
I am also the chef of The Hannon Foundation as well as Feed the First Responders across South Shore and South Coast among many other organizations.

We had Stephen out to do a work event for over 150 people! He helped me set up the event in a week and also brought his A-game and delivered delicious food! If you need someone to serve up some delicious food and make working with a vendor a breeze this your guy!!

Chef Coe provided an AMAZING experience for us. My dear friend who was diagnosed with ALS in April is declining very rapidly and the only thing he wanted this Christmas was a personal chef. He gave me the task to try and find one for him and his husband. He wanted someone to provide an experience like none other for his husband and to allow his husband to just relax and have someone serve him as he has been taking wonderful care of others. I reached out to so many people that I know in the restaurant business. I was receiving the same response...no, I'm sorry...it's Christmas. Then I figured I might try searching on the internet. I reached out to Chef Coe thinking there was no chance...it's Christmas and he is way out of our league. To my astonishment he responded immediately and after telling him the situation he said..."count me in". This incredible person (Chef Coe) gave up his Christmas evening (yes, he has children) to provide a 5 Star experience for this couple...as this may be their last Christmas together. He arrived on time, with the ALL the necessary items he needed and most importantly, a creative vision in his head of what he was going to create for this couple. I can't begin to tell you from start to finish how spectacular every dish was. Roasted greens with raisin cranberry sauce and a cheese/meat platter to sart. Tuna in ginger and soy, mistletoe cocktails to wet your palate. Next, vine tomato and basil soup to be complemented with scallops in a cream herb dressing while sipping on a candy cane martini!! Prime rib plated so beautifully it belonged in a museum. Pasta stuffed with mascarpone cheese and pears before raspberry-rock-popping gelato!!! And wait...he is still not done...chocolate winter dessert platter with toasted marshmallows, chocolate sorbet, gram cracker and glitter dust....This chef is the real deal. His professionalism, creativity and his HUGE heart will make any event the most memorable in your life!! This man will forever be in our mind and in our hearts! Thank you Chef Coe!!!!

Chef Coe and his team at Defined Palate went above and beyond to deliver the most delicious, and original meal we’ve ever experienced from a private chef/catering company. Our guests raved about Chef’s pork belly street tacos and smoked chocolate cake for days after the event. From start to finish, Chef Coe was professional, reliable and a pleasure to work with.
