I have searched for a good professional property management company. I know a few people who do the same thing as I do, however one of them actually make his way to his other property about 1000 miles away when there is an issue he cant take care of from here. I didnt want to do that. While searching, I ran into these guys. I thought, well Ill give it a go, why not. I am so glad I did. I walked in without any expectation and walked out feeling like a tremendously valued customer. They understood my need and situation, trying everything to accommodate them as much as they could, in addition to covering the issues that werent there but could be there. They covered everything and more. I am more than confident that my property is very well managed, and I would not hesitate to let them take care of another property if I have one.

No direct experience as far as actual service and support. That being said though, very knowledgeable and not out just to make the “sale “. My need is just to have the property overseen while I’m away, living in another area. He suggested, being that it would be no continuous problems, that I could just take care of any problems remotely as they come up. I really appreciate his integrity and forthrightness. His name is Scott.
