- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a basic rate that is inclusive my locomotion to the place and the first two hours. After the first two hours, I charged $20 dollars for each additional time. However, my price is totally negociable for the case of big projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I accept the job, I usually like to figure out enough information for know exactly what is the client issues and so the better way to help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My main education is on Civil Engineer field wich I have a Master Degree. But since childhood, with my first computer when I was only 6 years old, I always liked to play, build, broke and fix computers.
