Saving this company for all future mold removal! Shortly after moving I was told I had mold in the attic that needed to be removed before Mass Save could vent the bathroom vents outside instead of in the attic. Our inspector told us this was not done properly and we knew this had to be changed but no mold was ever mentioned. We called mass save for an energy assessment and they noted mold and sent a partner company out to assess it. They took zero sample and sent me pictures as well as an estimate for removal. I saw no mold, which matched my inspection before moving here. I searched for a second opinion and came across Dan. He told me he would send his guys out. He also warned me that some companies are in it for the money and I should be careful to get a full report that tested a sample of the mold. They came out and found no mold. They did this for free and had no monetary incentive. Just good honest people!

From start to finish, Dan and his team were exceptional. What felt like a huge undertaking (mold in my insulation), ended up being such a smooth process thanks to All Dry. Dan was very responsive with messages and was able to come out on a Sunday to inspect my situation. I then received a quote within 24 hours. Once I decided to proceed with the project, Dan and his team made it a priority. The project was completed in a 2 day period and the quality of work was very high. The room with the mold was sectioned off and and a commercial grade filter was run the entire time. I felt safe knowing that every measure was being taken to get rid of the problem. They got rid of all debris and the room was spotless once they were done. I was put at ease from start to finish and couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For pricing we use the industry standard Xactimate for our work. We firmly believe we deliver the highest value to and quality in our work to our customers. We have the highest quality equipment and use the highest quality plant-based cleaning solutions to restore the space to pristine conditions. We sleep very well at night.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We book an appointment to go to the customer's home or business for a review of the affected area. Taking pictures, drawing the dimensions of the space and affected area, we fill out a scope sheet for a specific quote to do the work. The biggest challenge with water jobs is we do not know how long the dry out will take so it can be challenging to give a precise quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified Water Damage Restoration Technicians (Register #70007903). We have been successfully doing water mitigation and mold remediation for over 7 years and built an industry leading reputation.
