I worked with Angley & Angley to get my first Will. It was my first time working with a lawyer. I was nervous in the beginning, but Angley made the process seamless.
I was first attracted by his competitive price and friendly approach. Although I ONLY needed my Will at the time, Angley suggested an irresistible package that includes setting up my Health Care Proxy, Durable Power of Attorney, HIPAA and Will all with a very reasonable price for both me and my spouse!,
He then prepared all the legal documents after he gathered some information from us. Angley was responsive to my questions. He provided simple explanations and also examples of when certain scenarios apply. He made the process amazingly simple and straightforward.
Angley also helped me get witnesses for my signatures and complete the notarizing step. I highly recommend his services, and won’t hesitate to reach out to him if I have any legal questions down the line.

Tim worked through back surgery to get my Estate Plan finished. Six days after surgery he was back in the office completing my documents despite dealing with a lot of pain!

My late wife's trust had been administered in San Francisco until I moved to West Bridgewater. We discussed the needs I had for a "by the hour" attorney if and when anything came up where I needed a Massachusetts legal opinion. Tim was very thorough learning what I needed and answered all my questions. I feel I've hired a good partner.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees for a simple transaction such as drafting a deed or preparing an estate plan are usually at a flat rate. If service to our client requires a longer, more involved representation then we establish an hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to sit down face to face with a new client to discuss their needs and goals and to learn about who they are as a person. A telephone or email conversation will be utilized if more convenient.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 1999 and have been actively practicing law ever since. I make sure to keep up with the latest changes in the law and court procedures.
