- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every person deserves a good attorney when they need one the most. Period. We will work with you to figure the financial part out. We are flexible in our payment options. We appreciate money can be tight, especially in bad times. We accept credit cards, and can discuss payment plans if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial telephone consultation (free) to make sure we are a good fit, and want to proceed to work together. After that we will schedule an in person meeting to discuss the case in more detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Very few attorneys out there have the level of trial and courtroom experience this Firm has. We try far more cases than most, because we are not afraid to fight for our clients to the end. Our Attorneys are actively engaged in ongoing continuing legal education workshops and programs to stay on top of the latest changes in the field.
