Steve helped as almost every step of the deal. At some point, seller behaving so whacky deal was about to be cancelled. Steve brought the situation under control and made it happened. He is excellent, would highly recommend him

Don't trust a realtor, who suggests getting a lawyer after the P & S is signed, or one who represents both the seller and the buyer. Our realtor did both and is the seller-of-the-month several times over at Jack Conway Realty in Middleborough. Don't go there!
