Our experience with Kai and his team was one of the smoothest and most professional we’ve ever had. Throughout our bathroom renovation planning process, Kai was polite, professional, and communicative. When the project began, his worker and partner Robin were punctual and paid close attention to detail. They provided us with insight and assistance when needed. We were happy to have them walk us through the materials and even accompany us to different stores to pick up our products. Whenever further assistance was needed, they were just a phone call away. They finished the project in less than the estimated timeline and make sure we were happy with the results before they left. There were no “surprise” charges and Kai was upfront with us about the cost from beginning to end.
