We had such a great experience with Lan and his team! He was an excellent communicator - reached out as soon as I inquired, followed up with estimates quickly and sent me updates throughout the entire project. He also gave a fair price and was able to start the project within a few days. We were so thrilled with the result of the floors! They came out beautiful - better than we expected. My experience with Lan has been fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about his craft. During my home remodel, I had to move some walls, which left sections of the hardwood floor that needed patching. Since the floors were older, I also decided to have them refinished. Lan immediately recognized the type of wood, seamlessly patched the new sections, helped us choose the perfect stain, and refinished the entire floor. The patching is so well done that you’d never know where the old floor ends and the new one begins. We absolutely love our new floors and will definitely work with Lan again in the future!
