- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go through a consultation process with my new customer to define event goals and objectives, ask clear, constructive questions for clarity rather than make assumptions, look out for the client’s best interest to ensure expectations, budget, and key performance indicators are set. Every customer is unique so I listen to understand and then provide the right solution that suits the needs of my customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and certified Event Planner (CEP). My creativity, interpersonal skills, project management, and leadership experience enable me to run small to large-scale custom events designed to suit the business clients’ goals and objectives.
