We have a tankless gas furnace for heating and hot water. Tenant reported no heat from her room’s baseboards sometimes while the other room was very hot. Michael was very responsive and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and removed the water from the system. The job was done in 20 minutes. Thank you.

The compression shutoff valves at my place were really old and they don’t work any more. Mike offered a reasonable price, and did the work quickly and professionally. Since I wanted to change both kitchen and bathroom shutoff valves, Mike asked a friend to cams along. Everything was done within 50 mins from when the building water was shutoff, this minimized disruption to my neighbors. They did have to put in a bunch of new piping and so it ended up slightly more than original estimate. But after Mike left, I realized he also replaced my dishwasher shutoff valves too which wasn’t in the original ask. Mike was reliable and updated me with his schedule/ETA promptly. Overall couldn’t have asked for more. Here are some before/after photos, all the new shiny valves are the 90 degree turn valves. If I ever need any other plumbing work, I know who to call.
