What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a negotiated hourly rate for on-call legal services and representation. We do our best to provide a realistic estimate of the hours required to resolve your issue at our free initial intake meeting. We also offer flat-fee billing for standard services such as wills, health care proxies, and powers of attorney.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with each of our legal clients for a free initial consultation to review potential legal issues and provide an estimate letter for the time we anticipate will be required to address legal challenges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rebecca J. McWilliams, Esquire, is a 2012 graduate of Suffolk University Law School. As a small business owner, she is an expert on contracts and legal support for startups and entrepreneurs, and has focused her practice on personal attorney services for families and elders.
