- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you pay for. My prices will never be the cheapest. However they will also never be the highest and the quality of my work is 2nd to none.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person and try to get a understanding of exactly what they want to do. Then I will use my experiences to try to educate the customer the best I can do they can make the right decision for them. I'm not always going to be the best candidate for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 19 years of training in all phases of residential construction. Framing, roofing, siding, finish work, flooring, etc.
