This was my first time going to a reiki session so I did not know what to expect. Anais did a great job explaining the process and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. After the session my body felt very relaxed and my mind was calm. I look forward to having another session!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My readings provide just as much space for your intuition as well as mine so I encourage you to use your discernment.
I will open up the reading at several points to ask if what I'm saying resonates and once I've gotten through the general message I always invite questions for clarification.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Reiki certification from the Boston Holistic Healing Center.
