Upon first meeting Rich, I felt right at ease the moment he stopped what he was doing and took the time to reach out to shake my hand, and started to fill me in on what he had done, and what he was going to be doing during the rest of the inspection and how things were looking when I arrived ( a little late ) Rich was Very Personable, Kind and Patient and stopped to go back to see Anything I had questions on . I was Very impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to take that extra time to put things into layman's terms to be sure I understood his findings etc. as we went along. More Importantly, my R.E agent was impressed as well, and remarked how Rich at " Three Post Home Inspections, Inc. " would most definitely be a go to referral for his clients in the future. Thank You Rich, I certainly appreciated all that you did, and writing up such a detailed report with all the pictures too ! Sheryl

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain to customers in full what to expect, throughout the inspection I describe what I am looking at and why and how they can maintain it. I welcome buyers to ask as many questions as they like, it is important to me that home buyer's understand how to properly maintain their investment after purchase.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is mandatory for all home inspectors. Being a member of ASHI and InterNACHI helps me exceed the minimum requirements. Both organizations require extensive ongoing education to maintain memebership.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Three Post Home Inspections, Inc., is a family owned and operated company that specializes in residential home inspection, as well as radon gas and water testing. Every home inspection comes with a free wood destroying insect inspection and RecallChek. Our goal is to provide a great home inspection for every client, every time!
