- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every situation is unique but I give free estimates based on what I know about the project and do everything possible to stay within the quoted price range. Labor is guaranteed for one year from the initial service. Cash or check is accepted upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once my initial quote is accepted I schedule an appointment with the home owner at their earliest convenience to resolve the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
