Joe responded immediately to My request for service to rebuild my failed shower mixing valve. His pricing was fair and his eta timeline was my reason to hire him. He was ontime and equipped with all The required tools and equipment to get the job completed during his initial visit. After taking apart the unit he quickly realized that due to the age of the valve it made it impossible to properly repair it . Joe did not hesitate to switch gears and turn this repair into a complete thru the closet wall valve changeout and stayed the extra time to complete it , test it and cleanup. To say i was satisfied is not enough , gratefull is more like it. Before he left we looked at some additional plumbing upgrades i will be asking him to perform in the near future. Job well done !

Joe did a great job on communicating with me and getting the work done. He was proactive in letting me know when he should be arriving and very personable when he got here. Did the work fairly quickly and was reasonably priced. He only accepted cash so be ready for that but def will recommend.

Every situation is unique but I give free estimates based on what I know about the project and do everything possible to stay within the quoted price range.
Labor is guaranteed for one year from the initial service.
Cash or check is accepted upon completion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once my initial quote is accepted I schedule an appointment with the home owner at their earliest convenience to resolve the issue.
