Hello, my name is Steve. Thank you for considering our service. Our focus is to provide a natural, non toxic or minimal toxicity solution to eliminating pests. However, I do offer full chemical treatment options in certain situations that require something a little stronger to fully eliminate an issue. Our most common services are for Mice, Mosquitos, Ticks, Ants, Spiders, Earwigs, Fleas, Lice and other biting insects. I am now offering services for nest removal of Hornets, Wasps and Yellowjackets. While our Solutions are safe around children and pets, they are extremely effective at eliminating most common insects. As an environmentally conscious person it has been tough to figure out how to deal with problem bugs on our property, so I'm delighted to have found someone who employs the least toxic options first. Steve is a true professional. He replied quickly and was able to come the next day. He removed a wasp nest from our shed and even came back a second time at no cost to deal with further issues we had with wasps in the wall of our shed. A great experience all around.

Steve is always so helpful and professional, he's got a customer for life. We called him back a few days ago, after he did a great job treating our yard for bugs last week, we now had another headache with our new home: bees! We noticed there were quite a handful of yellowjackets collecting under one of our gutters. Turns out they were trying to make a nest inside one of our outdoor flood lights, but we caught them just in time. Steve got right up in there and sprayed them a few times and they all dispersed, and after a few hours nothing is flying around there now. So far it's been quiet up there! Thanks Steve!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to provide extremely competitive pricing, not just relative to other organic options but the primary toxic chemical options which are usually less expensive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to be as detailed as possible in describing how I will treat for whatever issue they are having, and then thoroughly explain everything again after the treatment has been completed. I make sure to explain what to expect after a treatment has been completed and always follow up within the 1st week post application to ensure satisfaction with my service. If there are any issues, all my clients have my cell phone number and I welcome all calls, texts or emails if they have any concerns.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I hate bugs and wanted a natural solution for myself. When I saw how well they work I wanted to start a company that provided people a natural solution to common pest problems.
