Hello, my name is Steve. Thank you for considering our service. Our focus is to provide a natural, non toxic or minimal toxicity solution to eliminating pests. However, I do offer full chemical treatment options in certain situations that require something a little stronger to fully eliminate an issue. Our most common services are for Mice, Mosquitos, Ticks, Ants, Spiders, Earwigs, Fleas, Lice and other biting insects. I am now offering services for nest removal of Hornets, Wasps and Yellowjackets. While our Solutions are safe around children and pets, they are extremely effective at eliminating most common insects. Your satisfaction and safety is our #1 priority. *Willing to price match most written offers

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to provide extremely competitive pricing, not just relative to other organic options but the primary toxic chemical options which are usually less expensive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to be as detailed as possible in describing how I will treat for whatever issue they are having, and then thoroughly explain everything again after the treatment has been completed. I make sure to explain what to expect after a treatment has been completed and always follow up within the 1st week post application to ensure satisfaction with my service. If there are any issues, all my clients have my cell phone number and I welcome all calls, texts or emails if they have any concerns.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I hate bugs and wanted a natural solution for myself. When I saw how well they work I wanted to start a company that provided people a natural solution to common pest problems.
