Steve was great. Came over short notice and sprayed and got all around the house and everything. Didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary work and was very professional. Also he was willing to work around my daughters nap which was huge. Very punctual and very professional as well as a good price.

I was very pleased with the service Steve provided. He is very knowledgeable and outgoing.
He didn’t find any bees underground and did not charge me for the visit. He also sprayed the vacated wasp’s nest in my light pole for preventative measure free of charge.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to provide extremely competitive pricing, not just relative to other organic options but the primary toxic chemical options which are usually less expensive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to be as detailed as possible in describing how I will treat for whatever issue they are having, and then thoroughly explain everything again after the treatment has been completed. I make sure to explain what to expect after a treatment has been completed and always follow up within the 1st week post application to ensure satisfaction with my service. If there are any issues, all my clients have my cell phone number and I welcome all calls, texts or emails if they have any concerns.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I hate bugs and wanted a natural solution for myself. When I saw how well they work I wanted to start a company that provided people a natural solution to common pest problems.
