FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, competitive, and based on the quality of workmanship and materials I provide. Every project is different, so I always perform an inspection before giving a final price. I don’t use generic pricing — every estimate is customized based on the real scope of work. I offer flexible payment options, including deposits to start and the balance upon completion. In some cases, I can also offer discounts when multiple services are done at the same time, such as roofing, siding, and gutters. My goal is to provide honest pricing with no hidden fees and high-quality results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a call or message to understand the customer’s needs and schedule an on-site inspection. During the visit, I inspect the roof, siding, windows, or affected areas, take photos, and explain what needs to be repaired or replaced. Then I provide a detailed written estimate that includes the scope of work, materials, timeline, and price. Once approved, we schedule the job and collect a deposit to secure materials and the start date. During the project I keep the customer informed, protect the property, and once finished I do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets expectations. My goal is always 100% customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is mainly based on hands-on experience and technical training in the construction and roofing field. For over 12 years, I have worked directly on roofing, siding, window installation, gutter systems, wood repair, waterproofing, and water damage mitigation. Over the years, I have trained in modern roofing systems such as asphalt shingles, EPDM flat roofs, flashing installation, ventilation, leak prevention, and building code compliance. I also stay updated on new materials and techniques to ensure every project is done safely, efficiently, and built to last.
