Mr. Buresh damaged the "fill tube" of my toilet when doing an unrelated repair. He said he did not have a replacement fill tube. He claimed he was going on vacation for three weeks and told me that if I purchased a complete toilet repair kit that someone else could fix the toilet. He did not charge for labor. I had originally given Mr. Buresh a 5 star review for his honesty and professionalism. However, it turns out that this was erroneous. The standard complete toilet repair kit does not have the correct part. The toilet is a Crane toilet with a 10" rough in. The condo association notified me yesterday that the monthly water bill has quadrupled to $500 so far. I contacted Mr. Buresh via voicemail and Thumbtack that the damaged fill tube was still an active issue. He should have returned from his 3 week vacation and was actively logging in on Thumbtack. He refused to return my call or message. Therefore, I now would encourage everyone to DON'T HIRE JOSEPH BURESH.
