I love animals I grew up on a farm in maine I had every pet there is. I love animals and have two horses two dogs and a cat now. I am dedicated to giving special care to each pet as every pet is different. I am comfortable with dogs and connect with them. I have two teenage daughters that love to help and spend time with the pets we have in our home. You will get special as I am not a large facility and your pet won’t be put in a cage and ignored while other animals are getting what they need . I offer specialized custom treatment to each pet I care for. I will accommodate most any need .

Although the price was on the expensive side, she did a wonderful job of taking care of my cats while I was traveling. She kept the litter clean. Provided food and water to my cats. Sent me photos every time she visited my house. Also, she was very responsive to all of my inquiries.

Cynthia was lovely. She was thoughtful and very dog centric. She was raised with dogs and clearly has a passion for animals. Every time our dog came back there was a thorough review of the visit. She often sent photographs and thoughtfully follows up after visits. We’ve had a wonderful visit every time our dog spent time with Cynthia.

If you’re looking for a dog sitter who would show up on average 4 hours late when meeting you, would not send photos, videos or communicate any updates while keeping your pet (unless you keep asking), would not return your pet’s belongings, and would not keep your pet’s perishable food frozen so that they do not rot prior to feeding, you have come to the right place. She is friendly though, and that’s about it.

I like to speak to them and make sure it’s a good fit . I also want them to feel comfortable and secure with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life experience. The best training you can get my mother trained police dogs and I was always involved with that. I trained all my own dogs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born doing this type of work. I have animals my entire life lol
