- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use an engineering software program called STRUCALC for designing all dimensional lumber including joist, lvl microllam, and parallam beams I have been trained in the use of the program by a professional engineer employed by the software company. I also have two years of college majoring in mathematics and have been in the building trade since 1978. I have been designing and constructing custom homes, additions, remodels, and small commercial projects for more than 31 years. I do On-site meetings and site consulting is also available. I can custom design your project no matter how easy or difficult. With more than 31 years in design and construction, I have a very clear understanding of how important and crucial the drawings are for each project. I do 3-D Rendering which always assist my clients or the clients of builders whom I've done plans for in visually seeing the project, which eliminates any confusion between the builder and client.
