Bill was very responsive and showed up on time. I broke my Heel Bone so my ability to do routine tasks is limited. Bill went above and beyond what I asked for!

Prompt attention, good service, amicable and friendly. Bill was concerned not about not about just getting the job done, but in having it done correctly. As such, it required a full new door replacement instead of just replacement of a lockset. He was kind enough to not even charge for the call---a true gentleman.

Donna and Bill were AWESOME! They came prepared, were transparent with how long it would take, and even brought extra IKEA pieces incase any were missing. Super nice and aware of keeping the space clean after they were done. 100% will be reaching out to them again.

Donna and Bill, along with Dave were a trio that couldn't be beat! We had much to do in little time, and they worked seamlessly with me and my husband to get it done efficiently and with high quality. I appreciated their attention to detail and thoughtfulness as they completed the work. To top it off, they were genuine and kind, and were clearly committed to achieving my desired outcomes. Bill was great! I needed to bring a mattress and box spring from BJs to my home. He accompanied me to buy the bed from BJs, and brought it to my place and placed it in the room. He also helped with bed frame assembly. I would recommend him for other projects!
