- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all depends on their individual needs. On all moves we offer free estimates. If all goes well, we schedule a date for the move. Some customers want a full service move, where my crew arrives at their home and packs all of their belongings into boxes before loading them onto the truck. Some customers prefer to pack their own boxes, and some take the middle ground and purchase our cheap used boxes and pack them themselves. We also offer unpacking services, for those who really want to sit back and relax while their new residence is transformed into a home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than a decade of experience working on a crew of lifelong movers. I have participated in every aspect of the industry, from filing federal paperwork to leading a packing crew.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started moving furniture when I made the mistake of asking my dad for money when I was 11 years old. That day marked the beginning of a decade long journey in the moving industry.
