Mckenna Roofing and Gutters
About this pro
Showed up right away and cleaned even before he was hired. Able to get the work done before the next storm and didn't inflate his price just to get money out of the insurance companyApr 6, 2018Verified
Done fast & right for a great price. Will hire again for more work. Thanks, guys!Sep 9, 2016Verified
Sean and his crew were fantastic. I’m very happy with the result. Any future roofing needs for my slate roof will be directed to McKenna Roofing and GuttersMar 6, 2018Verified
Came on time, left 2 guys, it was a small job. He priced well and was ponctual. I think these guys deserve your business. Thanks Sean.Mar 5, 2018Verified
Extremely knowledgeable, and very reasonable. Gave me a heads on how others might try to complicate the project. It has been well over 6 months since he completed the project, high quality workmanship. Highly recommended.Nov 25, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We have standard pricing on some projects . Gutter cleaning are priced by the size of a home. The bigger the home the more difficult and dangerous to clean. But minor repairs and assessments of your roof are included in the cleaning cost. Roof projects range slightly from pitch of the roof. Access. And of course size. All roofing companies charge by the square (10 by 10 area of the roof.) we know what labor and material is gonna cost for each square and charge accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? There is no typical process. All customers are different and require different services. Some feel more comfortable meeting when we look at a project, it could be anywhere from a roof or gutter repair or complete installation. Some prefer we look at the project while they are at work which works well also since a majority of our work is on the exterior of their home so access to inside is not needed. Either way we always meet and get a feel for the project before we start with the owner. The hardest part of any project is giving the homeowner what they want and ensuring their roof or gutter project will function properly and last for years to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in the construction buisness for 15 plus years. On the job training is in my opinion the most valuable. To make mistakes and learn from them is the most lasting education anyone could recieve.
