FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with new customers to find out their specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to do a minimum of 40 hrs of continuing education every year, with at least 2 hours being in the Ethics. I am an IRS Enrolled Agent and am able to represent anyone in front of the IRS.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing taxes for friends while I was still in high school. For some reason I just had a knack for it. I went into other areas of accounting through the years, but kept coming back to tax preparation.
