- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For service calls that obtain to equipment not working there is a $99 service and if work is performed that $99 service gets waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to discuss the project VIA phone call to get an idea of what the project or issues obtain to and then set up a time and date to come out and go over our options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Refrigerant licenses, EPA certifications, training's throughout a number of different equipment brands, Mass Save certified, Sheet metal licenses.
