Ramon arrived promptly and took a look at my attic and went through the options for improving the insulation. He explained the pros and cons in an easily understandable manner which really helped me make a decision. I hired him for the job which will be done 2 weeks from now.

The team was supposed to arrive by 8 a.m. I finally called at 10 and was told that they were held up at another job. They were very apologetic about not contacting me and wanted to reschedule for the next day. That was not an option for me. They said that they could come at 4 p.m. 10 minutes later I got a call that they would come at 6 p.m. 10 minutes later I got a call that they would be at my house in 15 minutes. They arrived and did a great job putting the cellulose and fiberglass insulation in the attic. They cleaned up very well when they were done. I was a bit frustrated that I could not ask them any questions because neither of the men spoke English. Bottom line: the company seemed a bit unorganized but they did great work. My house is warmer already.
